Pbio 3660l - Spring 26

Algal-rhyme
by Gemini

In the labs of PBIO 3660L, where the secrets are profound, We’re hunting for the eDNA that’s floating all around! From water drops and traces, we find the hidden ghost, But Acetabularia RNA is what we love the most. It’s the "Mermaid’s Wineglass," a single giant cell, And this Spring '26 roster has its stories left to tell:
Bao is hunting sequences, Sahaj is in the flow, Sriram and Sidah watch the RNA gradients grow. Roro’s got the pipette, Johana’s at the screen, While Cassandra and Talia find the bits that can’t be seen.
Katherine (the first one) and Audrey track the stalk, While Riley and Shifra make the eDNA talk. Abigail and Ethancheck the rhizoid for a trace, And Aileen and Sudeep keep the bio-informatics pace!
Jacob’s at the centrifuge, Ellen’s reading maps, While Madison and Elaine are obsessed with algal caps. Alanna and Lila hunt for molecules so rare, As Anthony and Lauren find genetic "thin air."
Tiya’s watching streaming, Madison (the second) is too, While Margaret and Katherine (the other!) join the crew.Ashton’s at the benchtop, focused on the heat, And keeping the whole lab on fire is our very own Heet!
From the Wineglass to the water, from the forest to the sea, We’re the masters of the molecules and plant phylogeny. With a centrifuge a-spinning and a spirit none can tame, The 3660L squad has truly earned its fame!
