Genome Projects

Genome sequencing and analysis are central to our work. I have contributed to the sequencing, assembly, annotation, and comparative analysis of diverse genomes across plants, microbes, and model systems. These projects span de novo genome assembly, genome annotation, structural analysis, comparative genomics, and the development of reference resources for biological discovery.
